Use the google doc to (1) provide permission to allow your child to participate in Gayton PTA's virtual talent show, and (2) submit your child's final video. Please complete a separate form for each child. If your child is part of a group, make sure each child in the act completes the permission section of the form and designate one person to submit the final video.

1. The talent show is open to Gayton's fourth and fifth-grade students.

2. The recommended act length is 2 - 3 minutes and no more than 4 minutes.

3. The maximum number of participants in an act is 10.

4. Absolutely no profanity or insensitive subject matter will be permitted.

5. Final videos must be submitted by 6:30 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2021.

6. The virtual talent show will debut after the PTA meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

Gayton PTA values our students' safety and privacy and recognizes that our ability to maintain these standards is limited by the virtual nature of the talent show. If your child participates, his/her performance will be viewed electronically via a Zoom Meeting. Further, the final video will be password protected and posted to YouTube. The link and password to the YouTube video will be distributed to the Gayton community via Gator Bites (archived online via MembershipToolkit) and principal communications. While you can share the link and password directly with family and friends via text or email, we ask that you please refrain from posting the link and password to social media sites or the web.
